Sonic Tools LP

Sonic Tools, LP, founded in 2004 and located in Ashland, VA (just north of Richmond) is a manufacturer of high precision carbide tooling including special form inserts, wear components and round tools (endmills, drills/reamers, form tools, etc).  Both Sonic Tools owners, Ludwig Preinesberger and Scott Staylor, came from Walter Grinders prior to forming what is now Sonic Tools and they bring many years of experience in the designing and manufacturing of those tools.  

Sonic Tools services many markets from firearms, aerospace, automotive, mold building, and sporting/hunting. All tooling is manufactured on state-of-the-art, 5-axis, CNC grinding machines. These machines are built using only the highest accuracy standards and are featured with Sonic Tools grinding technology software that meets their strict accuracy requirements and provides manufacturing capability on the cutting edge.
