Thin Metal Parts manufactures high-quality components to suit the tightest specifications, utilizing chemical machining, electroforming, and laser cutting processes. An emphasis on hybrid manufacturing allows us to mix processes, providing a broader overall product offering and better customization for our clients.  

Unlike many chemical etching companies that only specialize in a single type of manufacturing, they utilize a much more comprehensive range of metal fabrication techniques, including custom laser cutting, electroforming, as well as, chemical etching. Their engineers are able to recommend the optimum process technology without bias – resulting in the highest quality custom metal parts and most cost-effective solution possible.  

Thin Metal Parts has the ability to do prototypes, high volume jobs, and everything in between. Their rapidly growing client base spans the aerospace, medical, solar, and computer industries, as well as many others. They can create products to specifications as thin as 0.0003” and as thick as 0.120” with through-hole features as small as 0.0005” (12.5 microns). The wide variety of parts that they manufacture can include encoder wheels, mesh and sieves, electrical connectors, gaskets, and precision components.
